This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Direct and oversee cross-functional project teams throughout the entire lifecycle of data solutions implementations, from initial discovery to go-live and transition into managed services.
• Act as the main contact for commercial data providers and stakeholders from pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring alignment of data requirements and compliance standards, including HIPAA and BAA considerations.
• Evaluate business and data requirements and convert them into comprehensive project plans, functional documentation, and actionable implementation steps.
• Supervise the delivery of solutions for: Channel and patient data aggregation (both standard and custom feeds).
• Implement Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Manage data quality validation, harmonization, and transformation workflows.
• Develop analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal data engineering, product, and client delivery teams to define and prioritize solution requirements and improvements.
• Ensure project oversight across managed services, guaranteeing quality, consistency, and ongoing enhancement in recurring data operations.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and status updates, facilitate issue resolution, and escalate risks as necessary to sustain project momentum and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in pre-sales and client scoping initiatives by outlining implementation strategies, timelines, and resource requirements for proposed data solutions.
• Utilize extensive industry expertise and knowledge of pharmaceutical data standards to inform solution design and client recommendations.
• Over 8 years of experience in life sciences data management, technology implementation, or analytics roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of commercial pharmaceutical data flows, including patient services, specialty pharmacy, distribution, and third-party data sources.
• Practical experience in managing the implementation of CDW, MDM, and data analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to elicit, document, and validate business and data requirements.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, BAA requirements, and best practices for patient-level data governance.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, PowerBI).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
• PMP, CBAP, or other related certifications preferred.
