Director, IT Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the functional and solution roadmap for SAP S/4HANA.

• Act as the lead solution architect for all integrated S/4HANA modules.

• Facilitate the conversion of intricate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

• Manage a portfolio encompassing SAP projects and enhancement initiatives.

• Direct and supervise comprehensive SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Oversee the functional design for essential business processes such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality Management, and Warehouse Management.

• Ensure compliance of all SAP solutions with GXP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP consultants alongside external system integrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in SAP functional and solution delivery.

• In-depth, hands-on functional expertise across several core SAP modules, specifically: PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), MM (Materials Management), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

• Proven experience in a highly regulated sector (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device).

• A demonstrated history of success in a leadership role, managing large, complex, cross-functional teams and projects.
