Senior Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Represent Victory Capital & Victory Shares and Solutions Strategies within the RIA Market Segment.

• Provide technical insights regarding the products.

• Propel Victory Product and enhance Growth Rate and New Flows for VCM assets under management.

• Create collaborative quarterly business plans.

• Offer expert insights during client meetings.

• Provide and coordinate marketing support for clients to advisors.

• Monitor activities and maintain accurate contact information and interactions in CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Investments industry.

• 3-5 years of wholesaling experience is required.

• Necessary licenses: Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66.

• Relevant designations: CIMA / CFA.

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Familiarity with equity and fixed income markets.

• A high level of self-motivation along with strong integrity and ethics.
