This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Implement standardized delivery frameworks to ensure global consistency and scalability.
• Innovate utilizing tools, automation, and AI to enhance service delivery and performance.
• Align operational practices with business objectives to boost revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships by tailoring services to meet their specific needs.
• Establish strategic partnerships to facilitate integrated service delivery.
• Improve client satisfaction through proactive enhancements and feedback collection.
• Oversee Professional Services P&L to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Streamline resource planning, project management, and performance tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support sales initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead recruitment efforts to assemble high-performing Professional Services teams.
• Create enablement programs to ensure consistent and effective team performance.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Over 10 years of experience in professional services roles within software companies, specifically SaaS, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise software architectures, encompassing cloud technologies and modern application development.
• Proven track record of leading and succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue targets and drive service sales initiatives effectively.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a history of developing and directing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at managing customer relationships and expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (minimum 40% for customer engagements and business requirements).
