This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the project and ensure the overall quality and administration of clinical trial projects and programs. Responsibilities include overseeing the budget, evaluating and approving proposal content and costs, resolving issues with project teams, and juggling multiple competing priorities.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients regarding the delivery of scope, customer satisfaction with services and capabilities, and the evaluation of client needs.
• Lead the project team by demonstrating an understanding of general business principles and practices, exhibiting a growth mindset, and assisting in the recruitment and interviewing of new team members.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a business-related field; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, particularly in drug development and/or clinical research; CRA experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, specifically as a clinical project manager, with experience managing global clinical trials required.
• Extensive experience in clinical project management, with at least 5 years specifically in this area.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP(R3), data and patient privacy practices, and relevant (local) regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial acumen, excellent administrative skills, and analytical capabilities.
• In certain cases, equivalent qualifications—consisting of a mix of appropriate education, training, and/or directly relevant experience—will be deemed suitable for fulfilling the requirements of this role.
• Therapeutic expertise in Oncology is required.
