Senior Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive service delivery and client satisfaction of designated accounts

• Meeting revenue and profit objectives

• Ensuring the quality and punctuality of client deliverables

• Identifying, developing, and implementing sales strategies

• Promoting the development of professional staff

• Cultivating and strengthening client relationships

• Supporting and/or leading organizational initiatives

• Advancing the overall HMS agenda among assigned commercial clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• A Master's degree (MBA or in a healthcare-related field) is preferred

• Over 10 years of sales and account management experience in a healthcare insurance setting

• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare is preferred

• A financial background is advantageous

• More than 5 years of direct staff management experience

• At least 5 years of project management experience

• A strong analytical skill set and a background in healthcare technology are preferred
