This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead with a mindset focused on change, growth, and proactive action to assist Solventum in transitioning from fragmented CRM usage to experience-driven commercial execution.
• Formulate the platform strategy from a business perspective and outline the CRM roadmap based on the requirements of sellers, customers, regions, and domains.
• Convert commercial strategies into detailed business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow logic, and prioritized backlog decisions for IT implementation.
• Set UX standards, interaction patterns, and workflow design principles to ensure that commercial platforms are intuitive, consistent, and seamlessly integrated into everyday tasks.
• Foster adoption through effective change management, a comprehensive training strategy, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops that enhance usage and value realization across various roles and regions.
• Enable measurable results through platform design and adoption, focusing on CRM usage, seller productivity, workflow efficiency, pipeline quality, conversion performance, and enhancements in customer or partner experiences.
• Provide global leadership for CRM operations, encompassing standards, regional deployment models, support expectations, data integrity, and ongoing improvement.
• Suggest a global CRM organizational structure, resource models, and hub-and-spoke operating methods that harmonize enterprise standards with regional execution needs.
• Oversee delivery coordination across Customer Experience, Partner Experience, Market Intelligence, IT, Data Enablement, and regional commercial teams to ensure coherent sequencing, resourcing, and governance of platform efforts.
• Manage governance for intake, prioritization, trade-off decisions, roadmap transparency, release planning, and outcome measurement related to experience-focused platform work.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10 years of relevant experience in B2B commercial operations, sales operations, customer success, channel management, CRM strategy, platform management, or similar commercial leadership roles.
• Established credibility within B2B commercial environments, with the capability to influence sales leaders and field teams on how CRM, workflows, and seller-oriented tools should facilitate commercial execution.
• Experience in translating commercial strategy into workflows for sellers, business requirements, platform capabilities, and plans for adoption.
• Proficient in managing CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, from a business perspective, including contributions to the roadmap, backlog prioritization, workflow design, release planning, and adoption assessment.
• Strong product management skills, demonstrating the ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize trade-offs, manage stakeholders, and link delivery to measurable results.
• Experience in defining UX standards, workflow patterns, user journeys, prototypes, or platform experience requirements for internal commercial users.
• Proven success in leading change management, adoption strategies, training initiatives, and user feedback programs across large or distributed user populations.
• Background in leading or coordinating global, regional, or matrixed teams, including operational models that maintain global consistency while allowing local flexibility.
• Possess a strong executive presence and leadership skills, capable of aligning senior leaders across Commercial, IT, Customer Experience, Partner Experience, Market Intelligence, and regional business teams.
• Ability to influence through clarity, trust, and competence within a matrixed environment where results rely on collaboration rather than direct authority.
• Data-driven decision-making capability with an emphasis on adoption, seller productivity, workflow efficiency, commercial effectiveness, and outcomes related to customer or partner experiences.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and intelligence-enabled commercial workflows, including the skill to define business use cases and adoption criteria without being responsible for model development or technical architecture.
