This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the company's most significant new product launches and growth initiatives.
• Transform ambitious ideas and leadership objectives into detailed, actionable plans.
• Collaborate closely with various teams across the organization, including those in Tel Aviv, to ensure readiness for upcoming launches.
• Assist leaders in making informed decisions by highlighting potential risks and options.
• Address challenges and eliminate obstacles to ensure the continuous progress of projects.
• Develop straightforward guides and protocols to facilitate seamless product launches consistently.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, save time, and support the team in making improved decisions.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports to executive leadership to enable precise decision-making.
• Over 10 years of experience in business, consulting, or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects with diverse teams and leaders.
• Background in bringing new products or services to market.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for devising intelligent solutions to complex business challenges.
• Capable of fostering trust with leadership and aiding in building consensus on significant decisions.
• Strong comprehension of the impact of business decisions on customers and overall company success.
• Expert in maintaining organization and advancing projects even amid ambiguity and rapid change.
• Outstanding communication skills to convey intricate ideas in a simple manner.
• Experience collaborating with startup companies and international teams, including developers in Tel Aviv.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to expedite work processes and enhance efficiency.
• Prior experience in digital healthcare, health insurance, or consulting is highly preferred.
• An MBA or a similar advanced business degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel 30-35% of the time.
