Director, Programmatic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Driving programmatic strategy and enhancing client performance by thinking beyond the brief, embracing innovation, planning for the future, and challenging the status quo.

• Immersing yourself and key members of the programmatic team within our client’s engagement (both internally and externally) to consistently provide client-first recommendations and improve operational efficiencies.

• Developing and sustaining successful, long-term client relationships.

• Demonstrating agile problem-solving abilities, exceptional storytelling, and strong communication skills both interpersonally and intrapersonally.

• Leading and mentoring team members, with the capacity to give both strategic and tactical feedback with ease and empathy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-11 years of experience in programmatic media.

• Proficient in various DSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP), ad networks (Google Ads), and ad servers (Google CM360).

• Experience serving as a senior owner of a fast-paced client relationship in an enterprise setting, successfully managing client expectations, building trust, and maintaining a high positive sentiment score.

• Strengths-based management and coaching mentorship style, with the ability to influence change, efficiency, and innovation across teams.

• Familiarity with Google CM360, Integral Ad Science (IAS), and DoubleVerify, including collaboration with internal or external Ad Operations teams.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, paired with a strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets into compelling narratives.

• A proactive attitude and a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a matrixed team environment.
