Director of Biostatistics – R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-achieving biostatistics team.

• Supervise the design, statistical evaluation, and interpretation of analytical validation studies.

• Collaborate with bench scientists, regulatory bodies, and product development teams.

• Develop high-quality protocols and reports.

• Ensure that statistical methodologies comply with regulatory standards.

• Provide guidance on innovative statistical techniques.

• Continuously enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the industry, including at least 5 years in diagnostics.

• Preferred experience with NGS, genetics, and oncology.

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Master’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field; PhD is preferred.
