Senior Regional Consultant, Environmental Services

📋 Description

• Lead and provide guidance to a team of environmental consultants.

• Evaluate the work of junior consultants to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

• Oversee team workload and offer comprehensive project support.

• Analyze data to create damage estimates, assess risks, define scopes, and compile reports.

• Foster regional growth through recruitment efforts and business development initiatives.

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships while generating new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with business development teams for conferences and client outreach activities.

• Conduct and organize industrial hygiene and building science services.

• Identify environmental risks and health hazards associated with catastrophic incidents.

• Perform inspections of buildings for asbestos, lead, mold, and other potential hazards.

• Execute testing, sampling, and assessments of indoor air quality.

• Develop comprehensive project scopes, protocols, and detailed reports.

• Review client invoices, budgets, and schedules on their behalf.

• Engage with clients, adjusters, and key stakeholders through effective communication.

• Independently manage smaller projects while collaborating on larger losses.

• Maintain project files and documentation meticulously.

• Execute additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Environmental Sciences, Biological Sciences, or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting.

• Certifications in mold, asbestos, and/or lead.

• CIH certification required.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
