📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive screening and evaluation discussions with management and executive-level professionals to determine suitability and alignment.

• Collaborate closely with internal sourcing specialists to ensure a steady pipeline of well-qualified talent.

• Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics to enhance search strategies and improve overall results.

• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong emphasis on senior and leadership placements.

• Proficient in utilizing modern recruiting platforms, systems, and digital tools.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.

• Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in recruitment, account management, or partnership-focused roles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in negotiation and relationship development.

• Proficient with standard business software, including Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
