This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns utilizing talent acquisition technology and digital platforms.
• Create and curate content that highlights the employer brand across recruitment platforms and channels.
• Analyze applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment data to guide strategic planning.
• Generate recruitment progress reports and enhance job postings for clarity and SEO optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to synchronize recruitment efforts and tackle sourcing challenges.
• Develop innovative solutions for cohesive talent attraction across the company.
• Plan and manage participation in strategic hiring and industry events.
• Broaden Parexel's talent network and improve direct engagement with candidates.
• Contribute to the recruitment strategy from the planning phase through to execution.
• Oversee vendor relationships and assist in optimizing the candidate experience.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, professional, and progressive environment.
• Familiarity with databases, resume/candidate tracking systems, and job boards.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Strong skills in strategic planning and milestone management.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing materials.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
• Adaptable and open to change in work assignments and continuous learning.
• Client-focused mentality.
• Comfort with recruitment technology platforms and job boards.
• Preferred: experience with photo editing software and Adobe Creative Suite.
