This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Market Development & Business Growth: Take the initiative to establish and lead the Irish Healthcare recruitment desk from inception.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance market share and boost revenue.
• Discover new business prospects and cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including Trusts, HSE, and Private Hospitals.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Provide outstanding service to both clients and candidates, fostering enduring partnerships.
• Utilize digital platforms and social media to engage candidates and elevate the brand's visibility.
• Guide and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices as the team expands.
• Proven success in healthcare recruitment, with a strong emphasis on experience in the Irish market.
• Strong skills in business development and client relationship management.
• Clear ability to operate independently and create new markets or desks from the ground up.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities, particularly with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Resilient, proactive, and adaptable with a focus on solutions.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience is required.
