Senior Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Establish a personal client portfolio and foster long-term relationships with companies throughout the APAC market.

• Identify and secure new clients in the APAC region.

• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.

• Forge strategic partnerships with businesses across various industries.

• Generate business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound initiatives.

• Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements.

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to placement.

• Source, evaluate, and interview candidates.

• Present qualified candidates to clients.

• Manage negotiations on offers and closing processes.

• Build and sustain talent pipelines within specialized markets.

• Acquire expertise in selected industries and market segments.

• Keep track of hiring trends and market developments.

• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions.

• Contribute to the growth strategy of the APAC business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search within the tech industry.

• Proven experience in business development and client management.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Fluent in English is mandatory.

• Experience within the APAC market is essential.
