Senior Recruiting Consultant – Deeptech, AI & Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage in search mandates for deep tech clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates.

• Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients.

• Recruit specialists and executives for startups and scale-ups in Switzerland, Europe, and the US.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in searching for, identifying, and placing experts and executives in high-growth technology firms.

• Experience in attending and potentially organizing pertinent community events.

• Background in working within an international, decentralized team.

• Relevant academic qualifications.

• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

• Capacity and eagerness to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with B2B settings.

• Experience in recruitment and selection for deep tech, AI, robotics, Web3, or similar tech sectors.
