Senior Recruiting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, screen, and present candidates for operational roles.

• Work in partnership with hiring managers to establish realistic technical requirements.

• Evaluate and interview candidates to ensure quality standards are met.

• Advise clients on effective hiring strategies.

• Stay informed about industry trends relevant to candidate assessment.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications.

• Review job descriptions for open positions.

• Discover effective methods for attracting potential candidates.

• Assess candidates through resumes, interviews, and other means.

• Maintain communication with candidates regarding their application status.

• Develop a candidate CRM to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects.

• Keep abreast of new technological advancements for strategic hiring discussions.

• Demonstrated work experience in recruitment.

• Practical experience with various interview formats (e.g., Microsoft Teams).

• Technical proficiency with the ability to comprehend and articulate job requirements.

• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Talent Solutions to identify quality candidates.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong determination and capacity to build a solid network.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of technology, technical roles, and relevant skills.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, communications, or equivalent experience.

• 2-3+ years of experience in recruitment.

• Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies.

• Operational recruitment experience is advantageous.

• Experience with Workday is a plus.
