Senior Recruiter - Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, offering relevant market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against position requirements and present robust candidate slates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Ensure candidate engagement throughout the process by providing timely updates on progress.

• Work with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with a proven track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Familiarity with social media platforms.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Preferred experience in tech recruiting.
