Senior Recruiter – Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, while offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and provide robust candidate slates while establishing talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a client brand ambassador, ensuring proactive and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Preferred experience in tech recruiting.
