This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial discovery to the offer stage.
• Manage multiple open positions at once while ensuring clear visibility of the recruitment pipeline.
• Identify and attract passive candidates through focused sourcing strategies and direct outreach efforts.
• Perform talent market mapping and conduct competitive talent analyses.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and role specifications.
• Provide a professional and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Keep precise, audit-ready candidate information in Workday or comparable ATS platforms.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to monitor progress and enhance hiring results.
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise-level ATS platforms.
• Experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, or other regulated government sectors.
• Proven ability to recruit across various business functions within a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-driven recruiting technologies.
