Senior Recruiter, Quantitative Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete candidate experience, from sourcing exceptional talent pipelines to successfully closing top candidates.

• Collaborate with globally recognized AI/ML researchers, experienced finance and technology professionals, and a diverse, cooperative team.

• Identify and engage world-class talent to help shape Voleon's ambitious future in AI-driven investment management.

• Partner closely with the firm’s Research and Data Science leadership to aid in their recruitment and growth initiatives.

• Ensure hiring objectives are achieved in a sustainable and diligent manner.

• Contribute to building a robust pipeline of elite (e.g., PhD-level) quantitative research talent.

• Oversee the offer process and create effective strategies for closing candidates.

• Maintain and enhance a high-performance recruiting process designed to ensure outstanding quality of hire.

• Develop, share, and deepen market knowledge and insights regarding talent markets and effective recruitment practices.

• Lead various initiatives to enhance overall recruitment efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of talent acquisition experience with proven expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of investment research talent.

• Experience in recruiting PhD-level AI/ML Researchers and Data Science professionals is preferred.

• Exceptional client management skills with a proven history of nurturing customized, consultative relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• A track record of making significant contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process enhancement, and contributions to institutional knowledge.

• Enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse, highly skilled teams.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

• Authorization to work in the United States.
