Senior Recruiter – Product Engineering, Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, offering relevant market insights and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements and present strong candidate slates, while also developing talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to substantiate recommendations.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, with proven achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday, and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics pertinent to talent acquisition.

• Experience recruiting for positions in Energy Recruitment, including roles such as: Power Systems Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, and Battery Engineers is a plus.
