This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee the complete hiring process for applications engineering positions on a global scale.
• Identify and engage top-tier software engineering professionals across diverse markets.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and founders to develop hiring strategies and calibrate talent assessments.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications by analyzing their career progression, technical expertise, and performance indicators.
• Manage interview logistics, candidate relations, and the offer process.
• Enhance recruiting methodologies, candidate experiences, and the overall quality of hires.
• Create robust talent pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering roles.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting software engineering talent within technology firms.
• Strong ability to source and map talent across international markets.
• Solid understanding of engineering positions, technical frameworks, and organizational hierarchies.
• Capability to recognize high-quality candidates beyond their educational background and company affiliations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and uncertain environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and effective execution capabilities.
