• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and suggestions.
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates while developing talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their application status.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.
• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment, specifically in Pharmaceutical Sales/Marketing, is crucial.
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
• Experience working in a Tech company is a plus.
