Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial engagement to the final offer stage.

• Identify and recruit IT professionals for a range of strategic accounts, predominantly on a contract basis.

• Conduct client intake meetings to define qualification criteria and ensure alignment on candidate expectations.

• Evaluate resumes and job applications and interview candidates to present qualified shortlists.

• Create and sustain talent pipelines filled with high-potential candidates.

• Advertise job openings on career websites, job boards, and social media channels.

• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

• Cultivate relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and prospective IT personnel.

• Utilize AI tools like Sense messaging for effective communication with consultants and candidates.

• Employ Bullhorn ATS, Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify VMS tools to monitor consultants and candidates.

• Engage in daily recruiting team meetings to review open positions and prioritize urgent roles.

• Provide clients with 8–10 qualified candidates weekly, pending approval from the Account/Delivery Manager.

• Represent PTR Global with professionalism, integrity, and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing, with a solid grasp of W2 IT requirements.

• Dependable network connectivity and a suitable work-from-home setup.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and clients.
