Senior Recruiter – Pharma R and D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, offering relevant market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and provide strong candidate slates while establishing talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process with timely progress updates.

• Work closely with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, leveraging market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Required experience in Pharmaceutical R&D.

• Self-starters with a natural curiosity.

• Consulting skills with the ability to drive processes effectively.

• Experience in sourcing candidates using various tools.
