• Accountable for ensuring Service Excellence throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Serves as a brand ambassador for clients and collaborates with hiring managers.

• Committed to attracting top talent and offering proactive communication.

• Remains informed about industry developments and market trends.

• Acts as a mentor to Recruiters and showcases innovative practices.

• Engages in comprehensive job scope discussions with the hiring leader.

• Reviews applicants promptly using the applicant tracking system.

• Creates and executes effective recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Sources candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques and social media platforms.

• Develops targeted lists of passive candidates and seeks referrals from professional networks.

• Leverages proprietary software for mobile and email marketing campaigns.

• Offers customized value propositions to attract candidates.

• Prepares candidates for interviews by providing essential information.

• Ensures candidates receive timely updates regarding their applications and interview status.

• Conducts professional and considerate telephone interviews.

• Evaluates candidate assessments against job requisition criteria.

• Administers skills testing and assesses results when necessary.

• Keeps candidates engaged throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least five years of results-driven recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment.

• Demonstrated ability to highlight niche segment or industry expertise.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance recruiting efficiency.

• Compliance with documentation and processes is essential.

• Experience with advanced web sourcing techniques is required.
