Senior Recruiter – IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee service excellence throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, concentrating on delivering outstanding talent while ensuring proactive and timely communication regarding the search status.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

• Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications, providing pertinent market insights and suggestions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to design and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against position requirements and present strong candidate slates while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process by providing timely updates on their progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven successes in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Experience in tech recruitment is essential.

• Strong client focus and consultative abilities.

• Excellent critical thinking skills.

• Capacity to navigate an ambiguous environment.
