Senior Recruiter – IT, 12 Months Contract FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications, while providing pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to design and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present robust candidate slates, while developing talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates on their application status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, demonstrating success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Knowledge of niche sectors or industries.
