This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, conducting screening calls, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
• Advertise job openings on relevant platforms and establish automations and processes to maintain an efficient pipeline.
• Actively seek out passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing tools — rather than simply posting and waiting.
• Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate outreach, screening efficiency, and overall recruiting operations.
• Manage multiple open positions concurrently, ensuring that pipelines are organized and moving forward.
• Execute all screening calls and act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate directly with US hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and provide ongoing updates about the pipeline.
• Oversee all scheduling, interview logistics, and administrative tasks associated with the hiring process.
• Monitor and report on pipeline metrics (such as volume, conversion rates, and time-to-fill) to keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Workable).
• Develop and enhance recruiting automations and workflows to minimize manual tasks and expedite the process.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level positions.
• Strong sourcing abilities — adept with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing platforms.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in a recruiting context, including sourcing, outreach, screening, and workflow automation.
• Self-driven and proactive — you pursue candidates rather than waiting for them to come to you.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal — you will represent our company to senior candidates and interact directly with US hiring managers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without missing critical details.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail — aspects like scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate experience are crucial.
• Proficient in G-Suite applications.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in recruiting for Engineering roles.
• Familiarity with Workable ATS.
• Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS.
• Experience in building recruiting automations and improving processes within an ATS.
• Background working remotely with US-based teams across various time zones.

• Salary Range: PHP 69,500 – PHP 88,500/month, based on experience, plus incentives.
