This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify, recruit, assess resumes, and conduct interviews for internal and external candidates for positions ranging from mid-level to executive roles.
• Secure the required approvals prior to initiating recruitment activities.
• Keep detailed records of recruitment activities within the recruitment system and generate productivity, analytical, and other reports.
• Monitor applicant progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Support management in sourcing for necessary functions as required.
• Oversee team workflow and communicate corporate initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Mentor and develop current recruiters to enhance their skills.
• Offer valuable and strategic advice to business partners regarding recruiting and staffing matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Deliver pertinent reports to Hiring Managers.
• Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring, training, and/or coaching to junior team members.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across different business units.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to create sourcing strategies, establish talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle.
• Experience in the clinical research/CRO industry is preferred.
• Proven experience managing global internal and external stakeholders.
• A seasoned professional with comprehensive knowledge of the specialization area and the ability to creatively address a wide range of issues.
• Experience acting as the primary contact for projects within the department.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; knowledge of Workday is preferred.
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment across various business functions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for creating metrics and presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultation abilities across all organizational levels.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Mandarin is advantageous.
• Proven success in building relationships and influencing through collaboration.
• Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and insights driven by data in recruiting.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management skills and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations.
