This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the entire hiring process for global positions, ensuring a smooth transition from sourcing to onboarding.
• Fill global administrative and IT roles of varying complexities, including executive-level positions.
• Design creative sourcing strategies that utilize global market research and talent intelligence to attract exceptional candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, operations leads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of hiring needs with business goals.
• Foster a positive and engaging recruitment experience, ensuring clear communication and a streamlined interview process for candidates.
• Leverage hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to refine hiring strategies, anticipate talent requirements, and promote ongoing improvements.
• Offer candidates tailored feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Administer all phases of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS, ensuring its accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required, consistent with the objectives of this role.
• Over 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting on a global scale.
• Proficiency in various candidate assessment techniques for closing administrative and/or executive-level roles.
• Familiarity with the nuances of administrative hiring and executive search processes.
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence senior management effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and enhance time-to-hire efficiency.
• Experience in managing specialized hiring across diverse geographies while promoting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
