Senior Recruiter – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Sourcing, evaluating, and facilitating the entire recruiting process for key roles that cater to enterprise and midmarket clients.

• Identifying exceptional talent in areas such as digital experience, customer experience (CX), application services, cloud engineering, data/AI, and product innovation.

• Collaborating closely with consulting leadership, delivery teams, and business development teams to create talent pipelines that align with forthcoming projects and transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 6–10+ years of recruiting expertise, particularly in digital, CX, cloud, application development/modernization, or data/AI recruitment.

• Distinctive proficiency and track record in recruiting for digital experience positions.

• Strong understanding of terminology related to digital transformation and consulting in digital experience.

• Proven capability to assess design talent based on portfolio submissions.

• Experience in evaluating candidates for consulting-specific competencies, such as stakeholder management, facilitation, and client storytelling.

• Background in recruiting within a consulting, digital agency, or professional services environment, where responsiveness and candidate quality are paramount to success.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new domains and establish effective methods for sourcing and vetting qualified candidates.

• Proven success in engaging with senior, niche, and highly specialized candidates.

• Excellent skills in communication, influence, and negotiation.

• Proficient with contemporary ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
