Senior Recruiter – Commercial Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications

• Supply pertinent market insights and recommendations

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

• Assess candidate profiles against position criteria and present strong candidate slates

• Develop talent pipelines

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process with timely updates on progress

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines

• Mentor Recruiters and other team members

• Serve as a client brand ambassador and provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Extensive recruiting experience with a proven track record in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition

• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is essential

• Proficiency with Workday is required

• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week
