This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications, providing pertinent market insights and suggestions.
• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing initiatives.
• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present robust candidate slates while establishing talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.
• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, is essential.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Skilled in Boolean search techniques for effective sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
