This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job requisition to the acceptance of offers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify, screen, and assess qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Organize interviews and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

• Keep precise recruitment records and ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations.

• Assist in the creation of job offers, perform background checks, and facilitate onboarding processes.

• Cultivate relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and support initiatives for process improvements.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must possess a high level of confidentiality.

• Strong persuasive skills to represent WCT as an exemplary employer and enhance its public image.

• Capability to lead the recruitment process with assertiveness when engaging with hiring managers.

• Experience in supporting recruitment efforts within Clinical Operations or the clinical research sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

• Proven core competencies essential for the role, including communication, organization, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

• Previous recruitment experience in either a corporate or agency setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Workday ATS is a plus.
