Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy.

• Creating and refining job descriptions and specifications.

• Conducting job and task analyses to clearly define job requirements and objectives.

• Preparing recruitment materials and publishing job openings on suitable platforms.

• Identifying and attracting candidates through databases, social media, and other channels.

• Evaluating candidate resumes and job applications.

• Conducting interviews utilizing various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the set timeline.

• Evaluating applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Onboarding new hires to ensure complete integration into the company.

• Monitoring and implementing HR recruiting best practices.

• Delivering analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.

• Serving as a point of contact and fostering strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.

• Enhancing the company’s reputation as the “best place to work.”

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or in a staffing agency) with a minimum of 1 year.

• Strong capability to conduct various interview types (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).

• Practical experience with diverse selection processes (video interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.).

• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.).

• Familiarity with HR databases.

• Proficiency in English: minimum B2 level.

• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong decision-making abilities.
