This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for various positions across multiple departments, industries, and countries.
• Identify, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for diverse roles.
• Formulate and implement effective sourcing strategies for challenging, high-volume, and specialized positions.
• Establish and nurture robust candidate pipelines in various international markets.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, Boolean searches, online communities, and other sourcing avenues to engage qualified talent.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, behavioral assessments, and competency evaluations.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, communication abilities, work experience, technical alignment, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
• Assist in discussions regarding offers, salary benchmarks, and candidate negotiations as necessary.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timeline expectations.
• Deliver market insights, updates on candidate availability, and recruitment suggestions.
• Aid in refining job descriptions, screening questions, and interview criteria.
• Ensure hiring managers receive qualified candidates within agreed-upon turnaround times.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders about recruitment progress.
• Track recruitment activities, candidate progress, and hiring outcomes using ATS, HRIS, project management tools, and recruitment trackers.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and candidate pipeline health.
• Keep accurate and updated records of candidates, interview notes, and recruitment reports.
• Identify gaps in processes and recommend enhancements to boost recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee.
• Represent Teamficient professionally across job boards, social media platforms, and candidate communication channels.
• Advocate for Teamficient as a top remote employer for global talent.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns, and online recruitment events.
• Ensure that every candidate receives prompt, respectful, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Adhere to recruitment best practices and ethical hiring standards.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant labor requirements and internal hiring guidelines.
• Stay abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and remote hiring practices.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a senior recruiter, lead recruiter, or talent acquisition capacity.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to the offer stage.
• Strong background in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced hiring environments.
• Experience in recruiting for remote, international, offshore, or global roles is highly preferred.
• Proficient sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, job portals, social media, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent communities.
• Excellent interviewing, screening, candidate assessment, and shortlisting capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable using ATS, HRIS, spreadsheets, and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Zoho, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, night-shift, or graveyard-shift environment.
• Proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish, is a plus, but not essential.
