This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's talent requirements.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process from initial intake to final offer.
• Utilize Ashby as the primary applicant tracking system (ATS) on a daily basis.
• Evaluate resumes, recorded videos, and portfolios to pinpoint top talent for our clients.
• Perform advanced talent sourcing through Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn and extensive candidate databases (preferably utilizing Ashby or a comparable ATS).
• Establish and nurture robust candidate pipelines across various disciplines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, define candidate profiles, and assist in hiring decisions.
• Manage and prioritize over 8 open positions simultaneously while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Keep abreast of recruitment trends, market insights, and innovative sourcing methods.
• A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in diverse roles.
• Previous experience in a staffing agency environment (non-HR roles) is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including expertise in Boolean search and database mining.
• Proficient in ATS platforms; experience with Ashby is a significant advantage.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to inform decisions.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the capability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in recruiting for US-based clients across LATAM and Africa.
