This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop engaging job descriptions and publish them on ATS, job boards, and remote work groups across diverse platforms.
• Engage in ongoing and proactive sourcing to discover exceptional candidates.
• Evaluate candidates to determine their qualifications, experience, and fit for the position.
• Analyze assessment outcomes and advance qualified candidates to the preliminary interview phase.
• Conduct initial and screening interviews to gain insight into each candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
• Organize and schedule interview calls with candidates and relevant team members.
• Facilitate client interview preparation sessions to ensure shortlisted candidates are well-informed about the client and role expectations.
• Perform reference checks before making hiring decisions.
• Negotiate salary ranges as needed.
• Draft and dispatch offer letters to chosen candidates.
• Execute post-hiring check-in calls to assist with successful onboarding.
• Maintain and update the job pipeline within the ATS to ensure precise tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing the complete recruitment process, with a minimum of five years as a recruiter.
• At least two years of experience in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Willingness to accept feedback and confidence in providing constructive criticism to foster continuous improvement.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing and attracting top talent.
• Previous experience in a headhunting or recruitment agency is highly valued.
• Highly motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering excellence.
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with strong time management abilities.
