This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process across various disciplines concurrently.

• Develop robust talent pipelines by actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job boards.

• Perform structured competency-based interviews and deliver comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with senior hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of role requirements and cultural compatibility.

• Guide junior recruiters and participate in enhancing recruitment processes.

• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, whether in-house or agency.

• Demonstrated success in hiring across diverse functions swiftly.

• Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with ATS platforms.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and capability in stakeholder management.
