This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initiation to the delivery of offers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Identify and recruit professionals for various strategic accounts, primarily on a contractual basis.
• Conduct intake meetings with clients to define qualification criteria and align on candidate specifications.
• Review resumes and job applications, interviewing candidates to compile shortlists of qualified prospects.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job openings.
• Advertise job postings on career pages, job boards, and social media channels to attract top talent.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and potential IT resources to facilitate successful placements.
• Utilize advanced AI tools like Sense messaging to keep in contact with consultants and candidates.
• Implement Bullhorn ATS and VMS tools for tracking consultants and candidates.
• Engage in daily meetings with the recruiting team to review open requisitions and prioritize "hot" positions.
• Present 8-10 qualified candidates per week to clients, pending approval from the Account/Delivery Manager.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and consistency, representing PTR Global with integrity.
• Demonstrated experience in agency contract staffing, with a solid understanding of job requirements.
• Dependable network connectivity and a suitable work-from-home environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
