This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing candidates at various levels.
• Direct the North American recruitment efforts for positions spanning multiple departments, levels, and geographic areas.
• Facilitate search strategy sessions and initial meetings with hiring managers and HR collaborators.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding job specifications, qualifications, ideal candidate profiles, market dynamics, and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and hiring suggestions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow recruiters while sharing best practices in recruitment.
• Offer strategic advice to business leaders concerning compensation, market trends, and interviewing methods.
• Manage initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting processes and strategies, including the use of AI-driven tools.
• Create a high-touch, authentic, and inclusive candidate experience while representing the Phreesia brand.
• Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage recruiting data and metrics to monitor performance and enhance hiring results.
• Ensure consistency and compliance through scorecards, process standards, and timely feedback in Workday.
• Tailor recruiting strategies and methods to meet the distinct requirements of each search.
• A demonstrated history of success in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on results.
• Experience with challenging or confidential recruitment searches.
• Possess an executive presence with clear and credible communication skills when engaging with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage several complex searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Background in mentoring or informally guiding other recruiters.
• Strong business insight and capability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
• Flexibility and a desire for professional development.
• Extensive recruitment background across various levels and roles, including senior-level searches in North America.
• Experience in managing intricate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to work independently at a high level.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated in the recruiting field.
• Global recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, including positions at senior or specialized levels.
• Candidates must reside in Canada, the New York Metro Area within a 2-hour commute to NYC, or Raleigh, North Carolina.
