• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• At least 7 years of experience in the recruitment sector.

• Proficient in the full life cycle of the recruitment process.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of innovative and creative sourcing methodologies.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and recruit for various positions to meet deadlines.
