This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in driving Intuitive's ongoing growth and success within the medical robotics sector.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams and HR to facilitate effective hiring processes for both current and future job vacancies.
• Accountable for sourcing and managing the complete recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of positions, including senior and executive roles across the APAC Region.
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to identify key requirements and devise strategies alongside the sourcing team to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
• Develop and execute applicant sourcing methods utilizing networking, internet sourcing, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, and professional associations.
• Recognize passive job seekers employing a comprehensive array of recruitment search strategies.
• Proactively source and assess candidates for their fit within the position and the company.
• Ensure timely execution of direct sourcing and screening processes.
• Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to guarantee a seamless recruiting experience, advising them on staffing best practices, trends, challenges, and issues.
• Provide talent availability heat maps to assist hiring managers during recruiting strategy discussions.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all recruitment activities in the ATS for government reporting and resource analysis purposes.
• Actively engage in promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the Staffing team.
• Mentor team members, demonstrate interpersonal awareness, encourage excellence, leverage diversity, and promote collaboration.
• Analyze and present data related to the hiring process effectively.
• Develop cooperative partnerships with HRBPs, Finance, business leaders, and other significant stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry and market trends and benchmark against other organizations on best practices to ensure the utilization of the most effective tools and resources.
• A minimum of 7+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, including mid to senior/executive level positions and Manufacturing Roles in Malaysia.
• At least 3+ years of experience in recruiting team management and coaching.
• Proven track record of full lifecycle sourcing and recruiting for technical positions.
• A solid working knowledge of systems and tools, including electronic applicant tracking, database management, and the MS Office Suite.
• A collaborative, communicative approach focused on continuous improvement applicable to cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Set Schedule (3 times a week in office)
• International travel required (up to 25%)
