This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for positions located in Bogotá, covering everything from intake and sourcing to offer and pre-onboarding.
• Recognize, attract, and engage exceptional talent using a diverse range of sourcing techniques and channels.
• Develop and enhance recruiting processes, templates, communications, and workflows to foster an efficient and consistent hiring experience.
• Analyze recruiting data and pipeline insights to pinpoint bottlenecks, monitor progress, and suggest improvements that boost hiring efficiency.
• Utilize AI, automation, and recruiting tools to minimize manual tasks, enhance process quality, and improve the candidate experience.
• Enrich every candidate interaction by providing thoughtful, engaging, and organized communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Employ an applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain talent pipelines and ensure accurate candidate data.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in sourcing, building and sustaining talent pipelines, and screening candidates for corporate positions.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable utilizing recruiting and collaboration tools such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets, workflow tools, or comparable systems.
