Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for various roles — from sourcing candidates to closing offers.

• Develop and maintain robust pipelines of high-caliber candidates across different functions (engineering, GTM, operations, etc.).

• Collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers to determine role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and agree on evaluation criteria.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience — from the initial contact to the final offer.

• Act swiftly to advance processes and eliminate hiring obstacles.

• Continuously refine recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and outreach methods.

• Create and enhance scalable processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms.

• Promote employer branding through LinkedIn, events, and referrals.

• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Proven experience in hiring for various functions (both technical and business roles).

• Excellent sourcing abilities and innovative approaches to identifying top talent.

• Capability to manage roles independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and effective candidate closing techniques.

• Comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain environments.

• Highly organized with a keen sense of urgency.
