Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and continuously enhance multi-channel sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, agree on candidate profiles, and offer market insights along with consultative recruitment advice.

• Perform comprehensive screening and competency-based interviews.

• Oversee the entire candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis.

• Keep accurate ATS records and ensure adherence to recruitment processes.

• Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to inform decisions and meet hiring objectives.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, process enhancements, and cross-functional recruitment projects.

• Remain updated on recruitment trends, tools, and sourcing methodologies, introducing new strategies to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

• Preferably experience in fintech, financial services, or another dynamic international environment.

• Strong proficiency in proactive sourcing methods, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and direct outreach.

• Experience in recruiting for various functions such as technology, marketing, finance, or other corporate roles.

• Hands-on experience with an ATS and familiarity with recruitment metrics.

• Capability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities while ensuring a high standard of candidate experience.

• Strong analytical abilities and the skill to transform recruitment data into actionable improvements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Confidence in advising, influencing, and establishing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at taking ownership in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
