This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle for intricate, specialized technical and non-technical positions, with a strong focus on expanding our CFP® professional talent pool.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify headcount requirements, outline specialized role descriptions, and establish well-structured interview processes.
• Excel in a dynamic startup setting, adeptly managing changing priorities while efficiently scaling talent pipelines without compromising candidate quality.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and convert high-quality passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Oversee and enhance the candidate experience, ensuring that each applicant benefits from a transparent, personalized, and equitable interview process.
• Utilize recruiting data and metrics to monitor pipeline health, refine the hiring funnel, and provide regular updates on time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization to integrate our culture, mission, and values into employer branding efforts.
• 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• 4+ years of focused experience in sourcing and securing highly specialized roles, particularly CFP® professionals or specialized wealth management positions.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to manage, align, and set expectations with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Strong expertise with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• In-depth knowledge of the financial advisory landscape, advisor compensation models, and CFP® certification regulations (preferred).
• Experience in recruiting within the fintech or wealth management industries (preferred).
• Background in building or leading initiatives related to employer branding (preferred).
• Competitive Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 base salary + bonus.
