Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for sales and corporate roles.

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers.

• Create sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract potential candidates.

• Facilitate hiring strategy meetings, interview preparation sessions, and offer negotiations.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation teams, Hiring Managers, and organizational leaders.

• Establish and sustain talent pipelines for essential and recurring roles.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and leverage hiring data to enhance sourcing initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to all employment regulations and company policies.

• Mentor and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.

• At least eight (8) years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting within a complex, multi-state organization.

• Proven record of functioning as a strategic talent advisor to senior management.

• Demonstrated capability to lead intricate, high-volume, confidential, and challenging searches.

• Experience collaborating with executive leadership, Human Resources, Compensation, and business stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews.

• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workday Recruiting is preferred.
